	Ashish Maan (CEO) A powerhouse of ideas and creative intent Ashish Maan has spent almost 17 years in the e-Learning industry. He has been instrumental in designing various processes and standards for developing effective e-Learning solutions with the organizations of international repute, for their global clientele. He also has considerable experience in the domain of animation and film development. Ashish Maan has significantly contributed towards developing and conducting various creative training programs for creative folks. 	Vijay Kumar Sinha The brain behind LV APL, Vijay Kumar Sinha started his career with Face-To-Face Productions, a leading model coordination and event management company in Delhi. He brings in years of experience of event management and advertising. In 2003, he started Tropics Adverising Pvt. Ltd., an advertising agency involved in both ATL and BTL activities for various clients. In 2004 he started La Vision animation Pvt.
